Just a midrange Shaman decklist that I came up with once all the new cards from the new expansion were revealed. The gameplan is similar to a midrange Paladin which is to seize the board early in the game and slowly erode your opponent’s health while maintaining board control. Evolve is an interesting card that I added that can just make this deck even more powerful if they are ahead on board.

I like that there are a lot of good targets for Master of Evolution. I wonder though for a finisher is Rag is the best choice? Maybe Al’Akir? Also feel like there should be either a Doomhammer or Twilight Hammer to help fight for board to push through damage to finish.

Evolve is a broken card… but it actually is kind of bad in shaman. i mean just look at the minions in this deck. every minion is under costed with overpowered in stats.

I don’t think this deck fits in a “midrange” archeotype, only two 4 mana drops, and 3 5 mana drops. You won’t curve out very well.

I agree. Seeing as there’s no super important 5 drops or 4 drops you should be good to throw them in. A war golem three turns early is nothing to scoff at, you have Hex or Tuskarr to follow up, and a 7/7 is gonna eat up a fair few minions making it pretty good with an Evolve effect.
