If you can't get part scrapper and safety goggles in your main early hand then having a chemical spill/testing dummy can be a second good alternative.
You want to get mixologist and shield block vs fast aggro decks like the priest or pirate rogue.
This deck is a variant of the taunt testing dummy build with the focus of shifting focus to more early game pressure utilizing the part scrapper and safety goggles combo to get your testing dummy to costing only 1. Then the following turn you can land some big combos with 1 cost testing dummy with 2 boom wrench for 16 damage and even a wreck em deck for extra 8 damage.
