You want to mulligan for card draw always. Frost bolt for a two drop you have to kill such as knife juggler or darnassus aspirant. Sheep for early board clear. 

Midrange Mulligans

always mulligan for card draw. your goal is to board clear with comboing doomsayer and frost nova/cone of cold or explosive sheep/cone of cold.
