Mulligans
General Mulligans
You generally want these cards off-the-bat. Especially if you go second, you can play the Quest, into Coin, into a 1-drop, which is a strong opener for this deck. Even moreso if you also mulliganed for a 2-drop. Loot Hoarder for the obvious early card draw and Volatile Elemental to try and keep some board control.
Aggro Mulligans
These are musts if you are going against something quick like Pirates or Zoo. Potion of Madness is an absolute must-have. You can clear 2 minions for the price of 1 mana and easily maintain control of the board while your opponent usually runs low on cards at that point. Mistress of Mixtures is great here as you gain that life to try and negate some of the early pushes. And the Elemental is self-explanatory here.
Just made this deck not too long ago and it has done pretty well for itself, even getting me a few win streaks here and there. Only decks that have given me problems are those with big minions like Jade Golem’s. I have a few removal’s to handle them, like Shadow Word: Death and Dragonfire Potion, but it’s usually not enough. Sometimes I am forced to use Shadow Visions to get more Death’s and Dragonfire’s just to keep up. Any and all thoughts on this deck would be appreciated. Also, if you don’t see a card in here, I probably don’t have it. I’d love to include a Baine Bloodhoof here as I feel it would make this a lot better, but don’t currently have one.
