DISCLAIMER: i have never tested this deck in a real game so don't be too hard if it sucks :)
You want to start off with the ships canon and utilize it's passive of dealing 2 dmg each time u summon a pirate finish the round/get a weapon like arcanite reaper, the next round you play the blackwater pirate and deal 2 dmg to the enemy and having your gorehowl go down to (5) mana play gorehowl and Upgrade! and later finish the round. Next turn play the Bloodsail Cultist and cap greenskin and dread corsair for free, finish off with a bloodsail raider with 10 attack.
A deck focused on having a lot of pirates and weapons and controlling the board.
