Any draw is good to get going, I would only mulligan Skull of Gul'dan if it's your far left card to get the value of the draws.
Similar to other DH OTK decks, removed a Acidic Swamp Ooze replace with Kayn Sunfury to just bypass those taunts with your combo.
Idea is survive it out until 10 mana.

Let your opponent think they’ve got you because there’s a wall in front of them. Drop the kicker.

25 if you have Aldrachi Warblades Equipped or discounted.
If you manage to get any of these reduced with Skull of Gul'dan You’re in an even better spot being able to add that extra damage needed, that’s if you haven’t hit face all game. (Shouldn’t be the case).
