Mulligans
This is my first vision of the quest mage that will be introduced to hearthstone in next few days. I cant say for sure if the deck will work, because there migjt not be enough card draw to draw into key combo cards but we will see. Cutting one frostblot and one fireball for additional card draw like thalnos or loot hoarder might be okay. It depends on how fast the upcoming meta will be.
