No Legendary Pirates Pirate Rogue (Standard)

A standard pirate deck for those who don’t own any Legendary Pirates!

My first try at building a deck here, probably sucks but I was hoping to get some opinions on what should change.. a lot I suppose.

I like to build theme decks that sometimes don’t work wonders but I insist on having cards I love, in this case Soggoth the Slitherer . I’m still trying t figure out the mathematics of building a deck, besides the obvious “you should have useful cards for every mana slot”. Any notions you could share besides this would be appreciated.
