General Mulligans

Always want that angler in your hand. Murmy or tidecaller are top notch turn ones, can drop angler on turn 1 with coin. Know your matchup. Mulligan for 1 drops without coin. Mulligan for hogsteed (depending on matchup) and angler as well as a couple 1 drop activators if you have coin.

Added giants to my murloc shaman list to give me an additional win condition.
