General Mulligans

You want to mulligan for early game stuff. Not toxfin as he should be used for removed later on. Tidecaller is obviously the best 1drop you can play. I'd keep Amalgam against classes with 3 damage AoE. Seer is not a bad keep either if you already have a 1/2 drop.
