Mulligans
General Mulligans
This is your dream hand. Yes, it should all be played out by turn 2-3 (depending if you get the coin or not), but this way you can start putting copies into your deck.
Aggro Mulligans
Who says you can't get some copies? turn 2: CO, Shadow Step. Turn three, CO, Lab recruiter. Tadaaa~ now you have more cards, your opponent's hand is already filling over, and its still early game!
Midrange Mulligans
Forget the coin and Prep, focus on Minstrel and Tastyfin for a second. These two will help you get Coldlight a bit faster if you are starting out slow, or just are having problems in the mid-late game.
Combo Mulligans
Wait, this is a backwards Aggro hand, what gives? BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT FOR COMBO! well, for any starting game. Get the draw going, get the copies copied, and get the mill house grinding!
Control Mulligans
These should help slow down any early game assault from aggro decks (besides Walk the Plank, but thats more for taking out big minions that slip in early). Now i can already hear you asking, why no Shiv? Why no Blades of Knives? Because we already have a heavy draw function for minions, that's why!
Easy tactics: get Coldlight Oracle, make copies of him, then keep drawing and milling your opponent
