Defias Ringleader is a very strong t1 play with coin, or t2 play with backstab.

Hey guys, 

Here is a budget tempo rogue list for KAC, 

Since this is a budget deck, there is no Swashburglar (Kara) or epics/legendaries

I replaced Prince Keleseth with Defias Ringleaders, Eviscerates and Razorpetal Lashers for some strong tempo plays as well as burst damage.

Instead of Vilespine Slayer, I am using Plague Scientists; ideal targets would be Argent Squire & Argent Commander as they have divine shield.

Elven Minstrel is a KAC addition to this deck which provides you with valuable card draw.
