This was probably the hardest Heroic boss of One Night in Karazhan. In the early game you fight Nazra Wildaxe who has 15 Health and a Hero Power that gives her a charging 3/3 Orc. You’ll want to try to extend this part of the game as much as possible, and get to at least 8-mana before you defeat her. Once you put the finishing damage on Nazra, your turn will end so make sure to heal up with Forbidden Healing (if you have mana) because once Prince Malchezaar comes out he’ll most likely cast Twisting Nether, however, there are times when he’ll cast Shadow Bolt Volley instead.

With Malchezaar out you are going to want to start playing your Deathrattles and hopefully protecting yourself from death. Your key to victory here is a large N'Zoth, The Corruptor turn, or riding the pairing of Kel'Thuzad and Tirion Fordring to victory. Kel’Thuzad is really going to be your all-star because you will need to keep trading down his board, and without Kel’thuzad you will run out of resources quickly. Once you’ve established this kind of board you should be able to beat him down while staying safe.

One word of note, Malchezaar runs Siphon Soul so be careful if you are only hiding yourself behind one taunt. I lost a couple games just plain forgetting about Siphon and going face when I could have traded instead.

You should play Eadric the Pure if you have it.

Could not win with this deck until I made 2 very helpful changes. Switched out Ivory Knight for Tuskarr Jouster for a more consistent heal in the first part of the battle (her deck is mostly low cost minions), and took out a Doomsayer for Enter The Colosseum to get an extra board clear to deal with all those 6/6. Won my very first try after those switches, but it still seems to require some pretty good luck on the draws.

Tough battle, have crafted this deck even including Eadric but still get overwhelmed by his 6/6

Second Ivory Knight and Eadric the Pure if you have it. Other than that maybe Coldlight Oracle for card draw.

@Evident can you post or recommend a list that doesnt have any Wild epics or legendaries?

I’ll try to see if there’s any lists like that around, this was a pretty hard boss.
