General Mulligans
General mulligan: Fire Fly, Devolve, Maelstrom, Flametongue, Bloodsail.
This deck is obviously not as good as the tier 1 Evolve Shaman on ladder right now, but is very fun to play and brings back a little Hearthstone nostalgia.
The basic strategy is to control the board from turn 1 to 4 and then set off a Witchdoctor combo with cheap spells on the next turn and attempt to set up lethal on the following turns.
