Mulligans
General Mulligans
You don't need much. The biggest weakness is the early game when a good rush can really louse you off. Get your taunts up, and a mana tide totem to hide behind them. You'll draw all the firepower you'll need for the rest of the game. The archetype pieces to clinch your win will arrive. This game has a lot of answers to many questions, and you can afford many avenues to victory.
Diverse, with tempo. There’s a little bit of everything in the toolkit. Relies on one offs and two mana tides to draw them instead of two of everything.
Early game is taunts and health, keeping the enemy at bay. Mid game is tempo, bringing out heavier and heavier stuff while smooshing their creatures. End game is Kalimos. Hit them for six, or go wide and fill the board with bloodlust elementals, or evolved bloodlusted elementals. I save the jade lightning as often as possible. Kalimos has surprisingly evolved into Malygos in a number of matchups, and I can usually burn the enemy with eight points of Jade Lighting damage (or 16 if I have both in hand!)
