Is it worth crafting murozond and mindflayer or crafting a new legendary from scholomancy?

Both are great cards but they are not absolutely necessary. I've run priest decks without either.
Considering that most other decks do have absolutely necessary legendary card(s), I would say craft sth else, unless you are a priest main.
