General Mulligans
Generally You want Bloodknight, Especially against an another Paladin. Had so many turn 2, coin 9/9 Blood Knight, cause they play divine minions.
Other than that you want to save your cheap divine minions for bolvar, bloodknight or light's sorrow turns, and jusp play early taunts until then and control with truesilver or consecration.
Aggro Mulligans
Always go mull for Stonehill, unless it's a paladin, then Bloodknight.
But be carefull, just keep any low cost taunts. I consider even keeping consecration against Druids, alot of agro treant druids are popping up.
