Cheap Secrets Mage

This deck isn’t perfect, but I’ve won a lot of games with it, and I think the secrets annoy the heck out of people!

During your mulligan, get rid of all the burn cards (like Frostbolt, Fireball, and Firelands Portal); save those for later. Try to get at least one secret. If you get the Arcanologist, keep it, and in that case you can start without a secret. Try to keep minions for board control.

During the first few turns, gain board control through minions and secrets like Explosive Runes. Then, midgame, step it up a notch with Aluneth and focus on burning the enemy hero with frostbolt, fireball, and firelands portal.

Like I said, this deck isn’t perfect, but it has ranked me up quite a bit. I would totally appreciate helpful comments to “get good.”
