As a constructed Brawl with plenty of blowout potential, you could be forgiven for jumping on the Pirate Rogue bandwagon and racking up the wins, even at a 50/50 winrate. But you know what’s more fun? Locking them out of their weapons.

This deck is tuned around protecting Snowchugger and Water Elemental. I did originally start with Mad Scientist and Duplicate, but the first time it triggered on a Mirror Image token I decided the better way to protect the Freezers was to remove everything on the opposite side of the table.

The real secret to this deck is that while your opponent might be able to deal with a Freezer, they will probably deem it not worth their time, and just concede and queue again.

It should also be noted that you don’t just play out your taunts immediately, you use them to protect your Freeze minions. Annoy-o-Tron can often be played the turn before, but try to save Mirror Image, Dread Corsair and even Ice Lance for turns where they will maximise how difficult it is for your opponents to deal with them.

I used something very similar. Honestly I fail to understand why Rogue & Warrior are so popular when MAGE has so much freeze. Using a deck very close to this I was able to win 5 games in a row (all vs Warrior & Rogue) and complete my Mage quest for the day.

I think my only difference was I found a way to fit in Toshley & Dr. Boom… Maybe by removing 1 Flame Cannon & 1 Mirror Entity. But either way, fun Brawl Deck! +1

To be fair, rogues are the weapon class, and with blade flurry, oil, and poison they are really powerful
