This is a deck that derives from the classic “Anyfin can happen” decks and each of their variations creators and applies that concept to the standard format.
I needed to create a semi-quality aggressive to finish some quests and as of the current time (may 20th, 2016) there is a small sample size for the deck but the stats I have managed to track in a single play session where: 5 Win/ 1 Loss.
This deck isn’t going to get you very high up on the ladder and needs much improvement but it’s concept being brought from the origin anyfin deck to standard is definitely here. I recommend you try what other cards you may like and experiment with different versions.
TLDR: This is a random deck I made and I went 5-1 (W/L) and got some quests done and wanted to share it because it seemed to catch a lot of decks [Including the popular c’thun decks] off guard due to the shocking early game presence and sometimes even makes them concede before turn 3 with having minimal plays due to the power of the “Mighty Murlies.”
This deck is a W.I.P
Replacements to consider (With Explanations):
Tirion Fordring –> Equality x2 ( 2 equality instead of 1):
(I only have 1 copy of Equality so I filled in the slot with Tirion in case of the worst)
Forbidden Healing —> Any other healing card you may prefer:
This can depend on the meta or what decks are popular. I believe that in the early stages and in the current meta it is the best to keep flexible with every factor you can make flexible, you can change this as fits the playstyle but I enjoy the flexibility.
Murloc Tinyfin x2 —>Zealous Initiate and another copy of Bilefin Tidehunter:
Originally I took notes from other extremely aggressive decks but I chose after the initial play-test (5W/1L) that I never ended up drawing the tinyfins at all. I amended that by after commonly getting 1 drops or 2/3 drops because that is where the meat of the deck is. You can replace those two slots with other murlocs but for flavor I took a half measure and added one more tidehunter where I originally used one tidehunter. You can sub out the Initiate if you wish but that’s a card I believe has strong synergy here due to the beefing up of another minion, and it is another 1 drop that I believe is valuable in this setup.
I appreciate you reading the guide and I will be casually updating this as I have more information and statistics on it. Feel free to try it out and if you wish change more of the late game to early or mid game. If you liked the deck or the idea and wouldn’t mind leaving a +1 would be greatly appreciated.
Feel Free to check out my upcoming Agro-Pally deck that also is showing promising results!
