Amaz has taken the very solid Tempo Mage shell and implemented some of the potentially quality stuff from The Grand Tournament. Effigy looks to be a very solid card, especially because people will generally be playing around Mirror Entity and play bad minions off curve to play around it. Rhonin has great synergy with the deck, but it still remains to be seen if he’s a mainstay.

I don’t have antonidas and sylvanas, could this deck be viable with pyro and dr boom instead ?

If you dont have Anthonidas, i woulnd play rhonin. Rhonin is good in this deck because of wakers and especially Ant. I would sub them for Boom and Rag.

not really since you curve at turn 6 so ur fireblast is getting weaker for 2 mana cost. If u dont have the control of the board at this moment, you pretty much lose the game.
You could replace for an azure drake or swap a belcher also to get 2 low casting spell like 1 arcane blast and 1 arcane missile since there is a rise of rush paladin and aggro lock at the moment. These are always good spell to trigger flamewaker and cost 0 if u have an apprentice already on the board
I agree, Justicar’s +1 damage on hero power is not that appealing
I swapped out BGH for a Polymorph: Boar. More versatile and it’s saved me a few times already against the uptick in Stormwind Champions I’ve been seeing.

You could probably take out Sylvanas, but it’s really good against Priest.
This deck really needs 2 Piloted Schedders.
mechanical is even better if you run archmage since the part will trigger it easier unless u make sure that rhonin get killed the turn before u drop it

I could never get more than 3 cards thaurrasined so I put sylvannis instead.

The point is for rhonin to give you three 1 mana spells to play the same turn as antonidas. i dont think there is a good replacement
Wrong. At that point in the game… having rhonin, archmage, and pulling off the combo would require way too many turns to use… and do you really need 18 pts of fireball damage with 3 arcane missiles to take out the enemy at that point in time?? take our rhonin and put dr balanced end of story
Toshley is a good replacement for Rhonin. IMO, Rhonin is an overrated card, 3 arcane missiles is not that much superior with the 2 spare parts Toshley has. Not only Toshley has a good body it is also no a good target for BGH. Just my opinion…
