HandLock is a top tier deck that utilizes Warlock’s ability to gain superior card advantage over its opponent. This is also a very expensive deck that will cost you 9900 dust to create, and features 20 cards that are rare or higher! HandLock gets its name from generally always having a near full hand of cards and using cards that take advantage of a full hand (e.g., Twilight Drake and Mountain Giant).
