All Wild Sets (Expansions and Adventures) Will Be Available for Purchase!

It looks like more continued support for the Wild format is coming our way. Previously you were unable to purchase Adventures and Expansions that have migrated on to Wild, but now in the upcoming weeks they will again be available to you in the Blizzard Shop.

Sets that Will Be Available

If you yearn to return to the Wild, we have some good news for you!

In the coming weeks, ALL Wild sets—including Expansions and Adventures—will once again become available for purchase* on the Blizzard Shop at https://battle.net/shop/product/game/hearthstone!

The Wild calls to some. Maybe it’s the limitless potential of building a deck with any card at all. Perhaps it’s the allure of truly disgusting combos that were never meant to be. Some have never experienced Kel’thuzad’s legendary snark first-hand, or felt the searing heat of Blackrock Mountain (♪ a Hearthstone Adventure ♫)!

Whatever calls to you, get a taste of it by catching the Hearthstone Wild Open this weekend! Brush up on those survival skills by watching some of Wild’s finest players square off in the first official Wild tournament!

You would be able to purchase them only with real money or with gold too?

At first I was really excited about this announcement, but now as a F2P player I’m really bummed out to learn you won’t be able to use gold. I don’t even mind about not being able to purchase wild packs, since I don’t mind grinding for dust to craft the cards I need. I just want the opportunity to play Naxx. Feels bad man.

I hope to be able to re-purchase the retired adventures like League of Explorers and Blackrock Mountain, I have already disenchanted all the cards from the adventures :((

To create demand, lack in popularity at the time… I think the former.
