Not playing minions doesn’t make a deck solitaire since your own following definition was to play their own game plan ignoring you. That describes most aggro decks. Even quest mage cleared your minions and interacted with your board whereas aggro typically ignores your board and forces you to trade much like they are playing solitaire.

The only time I fail at aggro is when I actually acknowledge my opponent’s board other than taunts.

Calling combo decks solitaire as if aggro isn’t is hilarious. Aggro is the OG solitaire. At least combo decks interact with your board whereas aggro typically doesn’t unless you have a taunt.

How has aggro evolved? It hasn’t. It’s just been given more tools to reward braindead play. Cards like the new draw card for hunter reward emptying your hand with no regard for the opponent. Cards that were typically meant to be used as a counter to certain deck styles are also just being co-opted by aggro to ensure going face like devolving missiles and silence effects.

Demon seed warlock vs boombots is just broken. You have to kill the boombots on your own turn or any of them that go face hit your face instead.

Control warrior kaz can deal with just about anything the other kaz decks can dish out if they rush it without even getting mine out. It’s not an iwin. It’s a punish bad decks that keep refusing to run removal

Bladestorm most certainly doesn’t. It does 1 damage once and stops so not sure where you’re getting that from. Defile would though.

Lol all these people claiming decks that are interacting with your board are solitaire while somehow aggro face decks that ignore your board have always been around and aren’t called solitaire even though they fit the description more.
