Love the concept of a DR on a hero though.
I wondered if the ratings would be so high if the card said: “spend all your corpses to get this much health. This activates only when your health is set on 0”.

I still don’t know why they Just never did make Reno’s effect two sided. One minion against one minion. Isn’t that just what High Noon is supposed to be?

I wouldn’t mind if they left Reno (and other highlander cards) checking duplicates at moment of play. I would like his effect to be symmetrical though, as it would be more fitting in the spirit of a duel at high noon: both players left with one spot on the board.

For the record, I am having a blast though (pun intended) with some spell damage basivc mage deck.

This is a really fun idea for oldschool players. It is bugged already on day 1: it is not legacy but just the og basic cards with a pinch of cards that were introduced as hall of fame replacements such as brightwing.

I don’t like this kind of design. Either it is terrible and you have a useless legendary pull or it is broken as hell and it ends up nerfed due to bad player experience, with the same result.

What can I say. I miss those gentlemen a lot. 🙂

I have tried some undertaker hunter with a secret package (cause I love cloaked huntress). But it only has a 45% max. Aggro misses the lethality of kill command and eaglehorn bow.
It performs better when you take out the death rattles and add some tempo dragons instead.
But I have had the best results with elemental mage. Those 7/6’s that copy themselves combined with reach from portal, torch and Fireball do pretty well. 65% to D5.

Better than nothing but still disappointing. I believe blizzard underestimates the secondary effect of professional competitive play on casual involvement in the game.

I started a heroic duels run before patch,hoping to get a free ticket. Now it blocks on the resume run step due to these hacker problems, so I can’t play either heroic nor casual duels. Rather annoying as I am trying to do the achievements there. Now I have to drop tons of ladder mmr as I am trying to roll two ones on snake eyes or summon 8 bovines in one game…

Most underrated of the set

Love your content OG.
Am worried that the dropping support from casual modes like duels, twist, brawl (when was the last new one?) and solo content might drive casual players away slowlybut surely.
There are the try harder grinding ladder, but they are being discouraged by the lowered (maybe from this year total lack of) interest from blizz in high stakes e-sports.
Combine this with the increasingly more prevalent botting problem in first casual modes but now even on competitive ladders and Hs is IMHO starting to find itself on very shaky ground under its feet.
I myself have gone back to completely ftp since last year as I don’t feel like spending on a game that is not longer offering on its promises. (9y and a half years of playing and spent about 600 euro on it in the past).

I’ll miss it if it would be the last season.
I ve really enjoyed the last ten years watching people who actually know what they’re doing, commentated by people who know what they’re talking about.
I enjoyed going to the championship in Amsterdam.
Thanks to all the competitors, casters and production teams.

I must say fsg’s have been my most fond hearthstone memories… sad to see them go.

A) I love new alternative game modes. Tavern brawls during the first 2 days are my fave. I loved the first weeks of duels.
I do hope they’ll rotate fast enough.
A game as big as ours has a really short time in which a meta gets solved. Tavern brawls get dull fast once you face the same deck over and over.
So I hope the seasons don’t stay the same for too long.

How to rate a dual class card. This is a 1-2 warrior card but a 4-5 dh card. I’ll give it 5 but this doesn’t make it easy when it is so polarised. The last batch just clearly were bad or good for both classes if I remember well.

Why such low ratings?
Thins deck, summons specific (divine shield) minions and is a spell yo refresh the legendary spell shield.

Boooo… when I saw it I thought it would be a big DH card. Disappointed!
