An addition of a single copy of Legendary to carry the burden of metashift? I doubt it very much.
A few example of meta breaker must have something to impact the Questline, which is the major meta.

The only thing I can think of is Quest disruption tools, which is perfect for a Legendary Neutral card. Not everyone will agree, but I had enough of the easy-win condition set by some of the Quest.

Imprisoned minion sounds good, but maybe not a equal stats like Tormenter 8/8. The point of this card is to add 2 threats to the board without them killing eachother.

Maybe a minion effect like Mindbreaker that goes “Quest are disabled” as long as this minion on board.

Hearthstone had secret counter all the time. So I hope there’s some Quest-counter this time.
A way to halt quest progress, or worst case, terminate it.
I’m saying there must be a way to solve the quest “easy win” situation.

Rolling Boulder seems better than summon a leftover body that does nothing.

Needs an aggro rush deck and a weapon tutor.
Luckily this expansion still has Corsair Cache.
But it’s so redundant to add 2 Dura and add another Dura from Corsair.

Quest can utilize it, but that means no more draw benefit from Outrider Axe

So this is draw a spell and adds armor, but less useful because mostly gives 5 or less armor with 4 mana.
Useful if future expansion adds more big spells.

Scratch that. It gives a random rush if you trade the card. it still add +2/+3. Sorry.

By the looks of it, after you trade the card, the “Give +2/+3” will be replaced by “Give a friendly minion Rush”. So if you use it immediately, it’s only give +2/+3

Or I could be wrong, and instead of replacing the word, it gives both +2/+3 and Rush.
I blame the person who make that lame wording.

Meh card. Standard don’t have that many Choose One cards. Could work if future expansion adds more.

Most class only have one or two schools. So it’s draw two spells mostly.
But Mage can draw FOUR! Frost, Fire, Arcane, and recently added Shadow spells from Old Gods.

FOUR!! this is a Mage Card.

The 2 attack suggest this card attack value can be used in swap itself, and the 8 health provide better value. But I don’t know if this card is usable or not because of the Paladin handbuff deck.

Maybe not 0 attack weapon, since the cost is low, but you get the point.
