Just a small advice: define dates.

example:
– competition start july 20th, at 20:00 hrs (PDT)
– Competition ends at august 3 11:59 (PDT)
– Winners will be announce at August 5, 12:00 hrs (PDT)
– contact winners betweeen agust 5 and august 8.
– etc

In that way the people will have a clear scheduled, and will not be entering the site every 5 min with a high expectation of finding out the winners.

1) i dont think as the easiest quest. If you are fully healed and you use hero power to heal, does that count? I think not. You will depend of your oponent to damage you and not kill you, or from cards that cost hp.
2) the reward it is really good.
3) many say is super compatible with reborn. Why? Reborns are 1 hp, that cant be healed.

This reminds me of old archetypes. Big spell mage, spell hunter.

doubling imp – 2x 2/2 for 3 mana
unleash the hounds – up to 7 1/1 with charge for 3 mana

at turn 7, lots of 1/1 are not very usefull

Good card, not OP.
– Stats (3/2) are almost ok for 3 mana
– You can see 3 cards of your opponent, Determine if he has a big removal for example.
– generates 1 card, not random, which can be very good or very fun (imagine copy a king krush, or a brawl, etc)
