The deck is probably slow enough for it, but I don’t see it played very often.

Ragnaros could work.

Maybe just second Loot Hoarder and Acolyte of Pain. The Mage Secrets Duplicate or Effigy kind-of replace the card, but you probably would lose out on survivability and consistency with Mad Scientist.

I might just try Flame Juggler to fill out the 2-drops.

Second flamestrike and you can’t replace Antonidas.

I rarely see it played. It wastes your battlecries and playing a 10-drop usually ends up going poorly (you lose the next turn).

She fits better in Control Priest I believe.

I think both decks are good right now. Freeze Mage looks to be ranked pretty highly in both meta rankings, so you might want to lean that way. I don’t think Alex fits in the Priest deck.

Stranglethorn Tiger is actually pretty decent in that spot.

You for sure want Grommash, but I think you can wait on Justicar. You could throw in a second Shieldmaiden for her in the meanwhile. You might struggle a bit with other Control Warriors that do have Justicar though.

It would be very difficult to play this deck without Alex, sorry.

Yes, Baron Geddon is used to sweep the board. I’d just go with a second Shieldmaiden.

Yes, Midrange Paladin is very strong right now. I’m not sure what you need, but a general order would be Dr. Boom then Tirion. I would hold off on Harrison as that’s more of a meta call.

I agree that Flamewaker is very strong, but I figured that was fairly obvious, especially because I listed Tempo Mage as a strong deck list. Admittedly, I should have changed out the deck list for one of the more put together Tavern Brawl lists. People were running just straight Tempo Mage when I first put up the post. I honestly don’t see why you can’t fit in Trogg if you’re making a deck with only dudes. It still punishes your opponent for playing spells, and they don’t always have an answer. Gadgetzan is perfectly viable, it might not be optimal, but it’s still strong here.

That’s a tougher one to replace, because it limits your ability to finish with Grommash and Death’s Bite. You can try Nefarian or a second Shieldmaiden.

You can still play it without those cards, obviously it’s going to be weaker. Second Shieldmaiden and Nefarian could work.
