Many have suspected that it will happen, and now it’s pretty much confirmed. Until 15 minutes ago, we still had a link to the PlayHearthstone YouTube channel on the official reveal schedule. Right now it has disappeared – which most likely means that the final card reveal stream got either delayed or canceled altogether.
Blizzard has already canceled all their reveals from the last few days, the same goes for multiple content creators. The reason for all those cancelations is the recent lawsuit – you’ve all probably heard the story already, but in case you haven’t, here’s a summary. So all in all, it’s not THAT surprising, but people still had hope because it was there in the schedule.
We’re still waiting for some kind of official announcement. What we’d like to know is whether the stream is just delayed (e.g. to tomorrow), and if it’s canceled altogether (which seems more likely), how the rest of the cards will get revealed etc. As a reminder, we still have ~80 cards left to see, which is way over half of the expansion. United in Stormwind launches next Tuesday (August 3), so we have to see all of them by that date. That said, I don’t think we’ll have to wait that long, since they still have to release a patch with all of the expansion’s data (which would reveal the new cards anyway). The patch was originally scheduled for tomorrow (July 27), since that’s when new Battlegrounds cosmetics were supposed to launch – but we can’t be sure if it won’t get delayed.
If you ask me, simply dumping all of the cards on the official website today would probably be the best course of action. No reveal stream is sad, because they are always fun to watch, but given the current circumstances, this seems to be the best option for all parties involved.

I completely understand the delay. In fact, given the current situation it is probably the most responsible solution. What bothers me is lack of communication yet again. It is a pity since they seemed to drastically improve on this aspect in last few expansions.
i don’t know what is worst: the delaying or the irresponsibility in providing a special announcement for the fans. i bought the megabundle, but maybe that’ll be the last time i’m gonna do that.
I hope they say something soon. Shouldn’t leave players in the dark.
I think what is worst is that people were discriminated against for their sex and for the colour of their skin (if not other factors as well) by employees of a major company in the 21st century and the management ignored the problem.
their awful human behaviour are not under question here and must be retaliated as soon as possible.

In theory – yes. But I don’t think it will.
i think its just best to delay launch of cards and even patch given how poorly they handled their official response
2/3 free packs for everyone or random legendary and people will be happy for that issue instead of disappointed 🙂
