For $9.99 (or €9.99) you can buy 15 packs in total – 5x The Witchwood, 5x The Boomsday Project and 5x Rastakhan’s Rumble. All of those expansion will rotate out in 2020, but given that we’ve just started a new Standard year, it’s definitely still worth to get those.
Normally, for $9.99 you can only get 7 packs, which means that it’s more than double the regular value.

How to sell Witchwood packs on 04/2019 ahaha.
Witchwood packs are worth just as much as Boomsday and Rastkahan’s, though, since they will rotate out at the same time. That’s assuming you need cards from each expansion as much, because the truth is that you are usually missing more key cards from X than Y expansion (unless you don’t have any cards from any of those).
Is this available only through blizzard’s website? I typically get the bundles through amazon using their coins but it’s not showing up?
Some of the promotions are only available through official store. I think you can only buy the ones that show in-game through Amazon. But maybe the Amazon client hasn’t updated yet – I’d wait a few days and if it’s still not there, buy it through the Blizzard store.
Same here, almost. I can’t find this bundle inside the game itself, either on PC or Android. Only on the Blizzard Battle.net Store.
