Shop Update: Fall of Ulduar Mini-Set, Constructed & Battlegrounds Cosmetics (Including Legendary Druid C’thun Hero Skin)

It’s Tuesday, so it’s time for another shop update! And it’s a massive one. Patch 27.4 just dropped with the Fall of Ulduar mini-set, and you can buy it together with tons of cosmetics for both Constructed and Battlegrounds. The main highlight is probably C’thun Legendary skin for Druid – while I wasn’t a fan of the previous Legendaries, this one looks quite interesting. Luckily you can use the “preview” function to see how it looks in game before committing. But I suspect that you’ll see a bunch of them on the ladder soon (at least when Druid becomes viable, haha). Here are all of the new items that are available this week:

  • Fall of Ulduar Mini-Set (2000 Gold or $15) – Regular version of every card from the Fall of Ulduar mini-set (72 cards in total, including 4 Legendaries).
  • Fall of Ulduar Golden Mini-Set (10,000 Gold or $70) – Golden version of every card from the Fall of Ulduar mini-set (72 cards in total, including 4 Legendaries) + Diamond version of Yogg-Saron, Unleashed.
  • C’thun Legendary Bundle (2500 Runestones or $25) – New Legendary Druid skin + 5x Druid Card Pack.
  • Nozdormu Bundle (1500 Runestones or $15) – New Tier 1 Paladin skin + Nozdormu Card Back + 5x Paladin Card Pack.
  • Jade Lightning Knight Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New Tier 2 Shaman skin + 5x Shaman Card Pack.
  • Jaraxxustein Bundle (1500 Gold or $10) – Returning Tier 2 Warlock skin + Jaraxxustein Card Back + 5x Warlock Card Pack. Originally available from a shop bundle in November 2022 for 1500 Runestones ($15).
  • Standard Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – 15x Standard Card Pack.
  • Battlegrounds Wonders Mega Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New 1x Rare Board + 4x Epic Hero Skin + 1x Rare Hero Skin + 8x Epic Emote.
  • Battlegrounds Bartender Roberta (1200 Runestones or $12) – New Epic Battlegrounds Bartender.
  • Battlegrounds Clockwork Epic Strike (300 Runestones or $3) – New Epic Battlegrounds Strike.

Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, and some extra visual effects. Some of those might be also included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins!

New items usually stay in the shop for around 2-3 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (4 or more weeks) and very rarely it’s shorter (a week).

Ugh, they finally got me with that legendary C’Thun skin … too sad they didn’t give it a card back, but that Hero is so frickin’ cool!
