Shop Update: New Battlegrounds Cosmetics (Cosmic Dreams Mega Bundle)

Another Tuesday shop update was just released. This time we’ve got a few Battlegrounds cosmetics, including a brand new “Battlegrounds Finisher”.

There are three items added to the shop, but one of them is more of a compilation. Here are all of them:

• Battlegrounds Mega-Bundle – Cosmic Dreams – Algalon Bartender + Six Skins + New Board & Finisher for $24.99.
• Battlegrounds Finisher – Astral Impact – New Battlegrounds Finisher for $4.99.
• Battlegrounds Board – Cosmetic Study – New Battlegrounds Board for $9.99.

Since those are all cosmetic, there’s not much to tell about them. One thing worth noting is that Board & Finisher included in the Cosmic Dreams Mega-Bundle are the same ones you can purchase separately. However, you CAN’T buy the Bartender + Heroes separately, so if you want those, you need to get the big bundle. I’m not a big fan of this solution, I wish everything was purchasable separately and then maybe together in the big bundle with a small discount. But it is what it is.

It looks like Blizzard is focusing Battlegrounds monetization on cosmetics, which is honestly a good thing for everyone. If you’re F2P all you need to buy is Perks once per 4 months for 2k gold, which is really easy to grind by simply playing the format.
