Shop Update: Sarge’s Deal (5 Packs For $1), Returning Constructed & Battlegronunds Skins

It’s Tuesday, so it’s time for another shop update! Technically we have no new cosmetic items this time – but there are some great deals on packs and cool returning skins. And again, it looks like Blizzard is now adding some stuff to the shop at different times too. I will still stick to weekly summaries on Tuesdays because creating a separate post for a single item is pointless (and they don’t disappear that quickly). Just keep in mind that if you don’t see something in here, it was probably added after I posted it and I will cover it next time. Here are all of the new items that are available this week:

  • Sarge’s Deal (100 Runestones or $1) – 5x Standard Card Pack at a reduced discounted price (normal price is usually around $1 per pack).
  • Kel’thuzad Hero Set (1500 Gold or $10) – Returning Tier 1 Mage skin + related card back. Originally available from the Scholomance Academy Mega Pre-Purchase Bundle.
  • Red Riding Hood Jaina (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Mage skin. Originally available from the Fairy Tales Bundle in October 2021.
  • Mega-Bob – Returning Rare Battlegrounds Bartender at a heavily reduced price (normal price for Rare Bartenders is $9.99). Originally available as an individual shop purchase in August 2021.
  • Algalon (700 Runestones or $7) – Returning Rare Battlegrounds Bartender at a slightly reduced price (normal price for Rare Bartenders is $9.99). Originally available from the Cosmic Dreams Battlegrounds Bundle in February 2022.
  • Yogg-Saron, Devourer of Stars (100 Runestones or $1) – Returning Rare Battlegrounds Hero skin. Originally available from the Cosmic Dreams Battlegrounds Bundle in February 2022.
  • Starblast Galewing (100 Runestones or $1) – Returning Rare Battlegrounds Hero skin. Originally available from the Cosmic Dreams Battlegrounds Bundle in February 2022.

Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, and some extra visual effects. Some of those might be also included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins!

New items usually stay in the shop for around 2-3 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (4 or more weeks) and very rarely it’s shorter (a week).
