(Updated) Shop Update: New & Returning Constructed Skins, Battlegrounds Bundle, Standard Card Pack Bundles

Update: It looks like Blizzard forgot to add some skins but they are live now. Scarlet Sally is back (she was added last time by mistake and then taken down quickly) and a new Hunter skin is out.

Another shop update dropped today! It’s a mid-sized one with one new and two returning skins, alongside some Battlegrounds cosmetics (New Lunar Year bundle) and Standard Card Pack bundles. The last ones are a pretty nice deal to get some cheaper packs, although even if you buy them, I would heavily recommend waiting until next expansion to open them. If you open them now, you can get cards from 2022 that are just about to rotate. Here are all of the new items that are available this week:

  • Kailene Evergaze Bundle (1500 Runestones or $15) – New Tier 1 Demon Hunter skin + related card back + 5 Demon Hunter Card Packs.
  • Scarlet Sally Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – A new Tier 2 Priest skin + 5 Priest card packs.
  • Festival Huln Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – A new Tier 2 Hunter skin + 5 Hunter card packs.
  • Diao Chan Valeera Hero Set (1500 Gold or $10) – Returning Tier 1 Rogue skin + related card back. Originally available in February 2021. Last available in January 2023.
  • Lü Bu Garrosh (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Warrior skin. Originally available in February 2021. Last available in January 2023.
  • Lunar New Year Battlegrounds Bundle (2500 Runestones or $25) – New Battlegrounds bundle including 4 Epic Hero Skins, 1 Epic Bartender, 1 Epic Strike, and 1 Rare Board.
  • Standard Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – 15 Standard Card Packs.
  • Golden Standard Bundle (5000 Runestones or $50) – 10 Golden Standard Card Packs + 2 Random Golden Standard Legendary Cards.

Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, and some extra visual effects. Some of those might be also included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins! Blizzard has added their own “rarities” for Battlegrounds skins, but they haven’t done it so far for Constructed (the only one is Legendary with 3D animated portraits).

New items usually stay in the shop for around 2-3 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (4 or more weeks) and very rarely it’s shorter (a week).
