It’s Tuesday, so it’s time for another shop update! This one is really small, only one new skin bundle and two pack bundles (for Wild – probably because of the upcoming Caverns of Time and Twist release). Here are all of the new items that are available this week:
- Trapper Maiev Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New Tier 2 Rogue skin + 5x Rogue Card Pack.
- Wild Bundle (2000 Runestones or $20) – 25x Wild Card Pack + 2x Random Wild Legendary card.
- Golden Wild Bundle (7000 Runestones or $70) – 20x Golden Wild Card Pack + 3x Random Golden Wild Legendary card.
Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, and some extra visual effects. Some of those might be also included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins!
New items usually stay in the shop for around 2-3 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (4 or more weeks) and very rarely it’s shorter (a week).
given the limited usability (you can play standard cards in wild, but you cannot play wild cards in standard) and the general lower power level (due to power creep) of wild cards, i wonder why they do not throw in more extra packs or maybe an extra legend
