We’ve got some more info about the exact compensation for the bug fixes announced yesterday. Players who never got any Daily & Weekly Quests and players who played Heroic Duels without receiving any XP should be getting it now. The former will be compensated for the cumulative value for all Daily & Weekly Quests they missed since 19.0 (which is REALLY cool for people who don’t play the game much and wouldn’t finish them normally), while all players will be getting 50 XP for every Heroic Duels match they’ve played.
The last time XP compensation rolled out, some people didn’t receive it immediately, while others had to restart the game or play a match to receive it – so if you were affected, but don’t see it, you can try either of those.
Yesterday we deployed fixes for quests and XP related issues. Today we’ll be rolling out compensation to affected players for the following:
- Those affected by Heroic Duels not granting XP will be granted 50 XP per game of Heroic Duels played since the 19.0 update.
- Those who were prevented from receiving new quests due to an issue with the Returning Player quest line will be granted cumulative XP for all quests missed since the 19.0 update.
You don’t need to do anything to receive this compensation, it will show up automatically in-game.
