Revealed yesterday by Zeddy, a new Hero will be joining the Duels roster. Previously playable in Witchwood’s solo adventure Monster Hunt, Darius Crowley will come with his signature Cannon. At the start of each match, no matter what Hero Power or Treasure you pick, a Cannon will be summoned on your side of the board. Neither player can interact with it.
The good news is that everyone will get all of Crowley’s Hero Powers and Signature Treasures unlocked for free. And not only those, ALL of the Hero Powers and Treasures for every Hero will be unlocked. You no longer have to do any grinding – in Duels or any other game mode. It’s about time we switched to that system, otherwise new players have a much higher barrier of entry before they can start having fun with different Heroes and combos.

Based on what RegisKilbin said ALL Duels unlocked are being unlocked for free with this update, unsure which interpretation is correct however.
You’re correct, it’s for all Heroes, not just Darius Crowley. I edited the post to make it clear.
Exciting! Duels is my favorite mode. I wish they made a duels Rafaam with Warlock and Demon Hunter.
