Hearthstone Patch 23.4 & Throne of Tides Mini-Set Are Now Live on PC! (Update: And Mobile)

Hearthstone’s mid-expansion Patch 23.4 is now live on PC. Just like always, mobile users might have to wait for a bit longer – we’ll update this post when Android & iOS versions are live. The mobile update is out too, enjoy! The main feature of the patch is Sunken City’s mini-set – Throne of Tides, but it also comes updates for other modes. Here’s a quick summary of what’s coming in the update:

• Throne of Tides Mini-Set – A new mini-set is getting released with 35 new cards. You can buy it for $15 or 2000 Gold (alternatively, new cards will be added to Sunken City card packs).
• Mercenaries Update – Limited-time Y’shaarj event, 18 new Mercenaries (including one cross-promo with Diablo – Tyrael, who you can claim for free), new zone & bounties.
• Battlegrounds Update – New Hero (Ozumat), new minion (Bubblette) and Diablo returning for a limited time (only a week) as a cross-promo with Diablo Immortal.
• Arena Update – New Arena rotation, with some extra cards either retuning to the pool or getting banned.
• Book of Heroes: Faelin – The first PvE content after Book of Mercenaries. You can play a 17 missions long adventure as three characters – completing it with the first one will give players a Ghost Ship card back, second one a Standard pack and third one a Sunken City pack.
• New Feature: Overcapped Decks – Players can add up to 50 cards to their decks during deck building in order to make it easier. The deck won’t be legal until you go down to 30 cards, of course.
• Bug Fixes – Just like always, we’ve got a lot of bug fixes and small game improvements.
