Blizzard just announced the upcoming mini-set. Well, to be more specific, we already knew its name and when it was relasing since last week, but we finally got a full-blown reveal.
Into the Emerald Dream mini-set is called “The Embers of the World Tree” and it launches in about two weeks, on May 13. The set contains the usual 38 cards – 4 Legendaries, 1 Epic, 16 Rares and 17 Commons. Once it launches, the cards will become available in expansion packs (in this case Emerald Dream packs), but you will also be able to purchase the entire mini-set either for $15 or 2000 Gold, or craft the cards individually. A full-Golden version (including a bonus Diamond Legendary) is also available for $70, or 10,000 Gold.
The mini-set will have a pretty unique card reveal season – all of the cards will be revealed within 24 hours from this announcement. It makes sense, because once the patch launches on Tuesday, the cards could have been datamined anyway. I’ll try to post all of them as soon as possible, but given that they will be showing new cards every hour or two, I probably won’t be awake for all of them.
