Does anyone know if running a combo improves this deck and if it does what do i sub?

If you're going to run combo you should just use the Combo Druid list: http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/midrange-fast-druid-deck-list/

You could always try subbing out sylvanas for aviana if its available the old aviana + innervate x2 combo is always deadly and your other creatures are rather good to help establish board control using her.
