Mulligans

Aggro Mulligans

Fiery war axe is great for clearing the opponent's 2 drop and usually 3 drop and could dispatch a zombie chow if the opponent was lucky enough to get one on turn one. Fierce monkey, when out early can absorb hits from 4 drops and below and is great for holding the  line until you can play a belcher which can usually wall the opponent off until you can start throwing down your heavier minions. Slam is a strong option because it allows you to draw whilst helping control the field, shield block is also another good choice for similar reasons. Having 2 weapons in your starting hand is good against aggressive players, and death's bite also is a good activator for armorsmith to help boost your survivability. Sludge belcher would also work here because even though it would limit your earlier plays, it would mean you have a guaranteed route into the late game once you hit turn 4 if you save your coin.

Midrange Mulligans

This deck butchers midrange decks despite being a control deck. They will out tempo you but you start to dominate the board turn 5. Death's bite is a great mulligan in most warriors if you go second. Fierce monkey helps with bringing down the early drops. Shield block is good card draw and adds some health in order to shake off an early assault. Execute is always worth keeping in reserve for the late game just incase you don't draw into one until too late.

Control Mulligans

Even most control decks will run faster cards than this, but other warriors will happily build up armour, and shield block is a good choice in the armor race. It gives you a much better turn 3 than hero power and draws you a card. Slam helps control the field whilst whirlwind can be paired with execute on a large threat, fierce monkey is a good defence if the opponent capitalises on your lack of field.

A take on the original control warrior with some cards that have been switched around here and there to create an unassailable fortress of control. The Shield Block is there instead of shield maiden to help draw out the early game where this deck is particularly vunerable. Fierce monkey works well as another delaying tactic so that the heavier side of the deck can quickly destroy your opponent in the late game. Alextrasza combined with either grommash or gorehowl is enough to tie up the game swiftly towards the end. BGH is obviously another viable control card for this deck, however since it is mostly vunerable in the early game, it saw little use.
