I’m guessing because there are times when Cold Blood sits in your hand and can’t really be used. Also, Shadow Blade helps you win the board early by trading with your opponent’s minions. The immune can be huge for trading with bigger minions in certain situations.

Which card can replace Cairne?
no one, cairne wins against priest by itselff, just replace it with a cold blood and ban priest
What can i substitute leeroy with? Cobalt? defender of argus maybe?
