    Replacement for Fandral Staghelm? I am poor :(

      Second Feral Rage maybe, although it's obviously weaker without Fandral.

      Honestly, without Fandral to abuse the Jade Idol don't bother.

        I just played a game with this deck and i didn't even draw a Jade Idol until right before I killed him.

    With all this ramp, what are we ramping into? Seems to be missing a bit at the top end like Ragnaros.

      ramp/cycle into jade golems. gadgetzan + jade idol, rinse and repeat

    Such an awesome deck! I'm absolutely tearing through others with this! I only had enough for a single legendary, so I got Fandral because it's more important, and Aya is mostly just insurance that the Jades are big. Works extraordinarily well.

        Uyeah I just tested the deck a bit without Aya it's REALLY strong. For what I replaced Aya with, I just put in rag. There's 4 ramping early cards in this deck and so you can get rag out pretty early plus I mean can't go wrong with rag

    Is emperor necessary? I have him but I want to throw in a brann for the jade battlecrys. Your thoughts?

      I haven't had a chance to play this too much, but I did like Emperor because he enabled more draws from Auctioneer. Brann is worth exploring though.

      He's worth experimenting with, it's too early to tell if he's a staple of the deck.

    This deck has a lot of great synergy and game play options, even though the plan is dead simple. I'm still on the fence about Thaurissian over Brann but experimentation puts them on par with each other. I feel brann may be "win more."

    Overall awesome deck and the addition of auctioneer takes the deck over the top!

      Ive been trying it with 2 feral spirit, add emperor and removing the azure drakes. both are good decks

    My games have never lasted long enough to need thaurisson, but brann is amazing. I dont have the ancient of war but its working just fine without.

      Yeah ancient of war isn't necessary but it's SOOOOO good against aggro and aggro warrior is running the meta right now and in a deck with only one healing card I think that 5/10 taunt really helps

    I myself have brann over emperor and liking it. I can see why the discount would be good (to help with auctioneer combos) but the brann synergy really helps to accelerate your golems. Super fun deck to play

    Bug on Jade Behemoth - it has a blue strip in the decklist indicating that it's a rare, but it's actually a common card (should be green then).

        Jade Idol has the same problem! It's a rare card but the stripe is green. (should be blue)

    This- right here, is the new cancer.
    Priest player myself,usually rank 5ish, tried all decks, dragon priest got me to rank 18,and after i lost to this deck, well, a mill version of this deck, this deck right here got me to 14 on a win streak :)
    I LOVE IT.

      Second Feral Rage could work.

      Dark Arakoa (the 5 7 taunt) can work too, as it costs 1 less mana (that's Pavel's idea actually in Malygos Druid)

    Very good deck still I wasn't convinced by Emperor Thaurissan and I'm not by Brann I play Ragnaros instead and it's insane in this meta. I tested Arcane Giant but with the ability to summon big jade golems the giants are useless.

      I would craft Fandral, because if Jade Golem ends up being mediocre at least it fits in other Druid decks. Also, some versions aren't running Aya.

      Make Fandral first. Without him, you cannot run in Jade Idols infinitely as well, as well as the fact that he is good removal. To replace Blackpaw, add Ragnaros. Easy!

    garbage actually, so bad against aggro decks, theres is no earlygame , lost few games in a row

      I agree that in most of the time, the early game is not really strong, but I can't tell how many games I won againts aggro decks by summoning big golens and taunts.

      Just beat 4 pirate aggro warriors in a row with that deck without Brann and raven idol, exchange it with loot hoarders and another FR and you will not regret it trust me.

    For those asking for an Ancient of Lore replacement: Try Sunfury Protector or Defender of Argus. They are more effective in the early game and add taunt activators to your deck. If you don't want these go with a second feral rage.

    A weak deck overall. No chance against aggro and C'thun decks. Early game is really weak, and you depend on having good draws. Also, you run out of cards in your hand very fast.

    Mediocre deck, at best.

      That's where your wrong, kiddo... Auctioneer with copious cheap spells fills your hand and combos nicely with fandral to achieve value on two fronts. The ramp up is ridiculous and jade behemoth/ancient of war stall time to increase jade count. Once this is done, top-deck the 100,000 jade idols in your deck from the combo-wombos and flood your board. The tempo is unbearable and the path there is usually quite fluid.

    Ok,i replaced the ancient of war with Bog Creeper and i dont really wanna craft both legendaries aya and fandral will try it out now

    Aya or Staghelm?Stahelm is good but i dont really play druid that much and aya is for 3 classes and im rly curious

      I would still say Staghelm is the safer craft, but the Jade decks haven't had enough time to settle into the meta.

      Kolento went on a crazy 11-0 winstreak with this deck. Thus, I can't believe that the deck *doesn't* work.

    been testing jade druid decks like this and they are not even close to be playable on such an aggro meta , u need time to develop the jade golems and youre overpaying for them all of the time , the only reason a deck like this can barely compete is because it has the previous pool of cards of the malygod/token druid that protects you like aow and fandrall , but honestly you gain so few from the new cards on the first turns , and u only get real value by turn 7-8 when u are basically screwed.

    been enjoying this deck type. If you draw into your ramp, gg. Otherwise just learning to stall the game till you can build. I did replace I think an azure with Harrison, felt Harrison is mandatory right now and it has been a great swap thus far.

    as for vs agro I haven't had a lot of problems. Aside from a terrible mulligan once in a while and/or just terrible draw order if you aren't adjusting your mulligan to the class type than yea it's probably not working very well. 90% of the time you should be pressing hard for early removal and ramp in mulligan, keeping anything else without those in hand is setting up for failure against faster decks.

    Great deck. Went from 17-10 in a couple days.
    Took out Brann for a second Feral Rage. Brann felt like a "Win more" piece, whereas FR can stall weapon warrior for a two (sometimes even two) and the synergy with Fandral is just amazing.

      I'd never call Brann "win more"; it's the hallmark of many control/tempo archetypes

        "win more", mean that if you are winning, you will probably win easily.
        But if you are a Little bit behind during the game, you will probably still behind with Brann.
        I think he right.

      brann: kind of essential, but i suppose maybe another feral rage or auctioneer

          Jade golems are sooooo slow, brann lets you ramp much faster by spawnning 2 golems at a time with jade spirit, aya and jade behemoth, and it can do a nice combo with the ancient of war

            Be careful with ancient of war. Brann doesn't do what you want there bc ancient of war is a choose one, not a battlecry.

      Maybe a second Feral Rage or Druid of the Claw for a taunt.

      I replaced it with a defender of Argus. Little worse against the pirates and stuff, but a good deal better against decks like Reno and rogue that can just burst you dead over 2 turns.

    Where did you get the Druid of the Sabre? I thought Kolento was running 1 Innervate instead of it. Otherwise I really like this deck, even without the auctioneer lategame vs control is favored. With Druids of the claw, feral rages and swipes you can sometimes plan a large burst turn when for example warlock doesnt reno yet, cause he thinks he's ok. The downside is that it's really weak against miracle rogue.

      To achieve a similar effect, probably naturalize. But that card isn't really that good.

      try big game hunter, mulch is for the big minions anyway, and since shaman i staple ladder deck those 4 mana 7-7s should get BGHed

      You can replace Mulch with Neutralize and the second Ancient of war with Ironbark protector. Thats what i did.
