      This deck don't use the 3 mana 3/2 because Mo'arg, so will use less fragment and Spirit jailer become 2 free slot for:
      2 Silence for draw too.
      2 Spectral Sight for 2 mana 2 draw
      1 More skull + 1 Double Jump because only skulls have outcast in this deck.
      2 Discover 1 mana spell for this class.

      In this deck you want draw a lot to get solutions against all match up. =)
