Keep Potion of Madness for possible uses against a hunter's turn 1 Alleycat or anything of the sort, but if it's the only 1 drop you have in your hand you might consider dropping it for a chance at a better 1-drop
Basically priest, pretty budget actually.
Just try and hold out the early game, until you can hopefully get Medivh, the Guardian into Free From Amber.
