Aggro Mulligans

Same mulligans, but you can also keep Feral Spirit and Lightning storm if the board overwhelms you

Very similar list to C’thun Shaman but my decklist runs Rag instead of Al’akir because this is the decklist I will use when Whispers comes out (I don’t own Al’akir)
