This is a theorycrafted deck based on the upcoming Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion. To explain, I will go card-by-card or at least concept-by-concept.

Grimy Goons cards, including: Smuggler’s Run, Grimestreet Outfitter, Grimestreet Smuggler, Grimestreet Enforcer, and Don Han’Cho are there to help the deck gain tempo and create bigger and bigger minions. There’s a lot of synergy in the set to do that.

Divine Shield cards, including Argent Squire, Argent Horserider, Grimestreet Protector, and Tirion Fordring are there to further gain tempo and be able to make better, smarter trades.

Meanstreet Marshall is there for possible draw or even a good 1 drop that won’t die to hero powers.

Equality, Consecration and Aldor Peacekeeper are in the deck for defense against aggro decks. Another good option is Sergeant Sally, the 3 mana 1/1 that deals its attack in damage when it dies. That works well with Equality. I would switch out

Brann Brozebeard for it, and he’s in the deck for the Battlecry-based minion buffs like Outfitter, Smuggler, and the Don.

Acidic Swamp Ooze is in the deck because the possibility of weapon classes becoming stronger is likely. Shaman is receiving another 2 mana Overload card to help Trogg that is a weapon, Warrior is receiving a ton of weapon buffs to make Pirate Warrior more popular, and Rogue is sometimes a worrying class. This could be switched out for Sergeant Sally, too.

Wickerflame Burnbristle is there for a 3 mana 2/2 Taunt that can also heal in the late game against Aggro decks. Basically, it can help tremendously against Hunter and Shaman.

Truesilver Champion is the classic weapon used in Paladin. It heals and can clear many midrange minions.

Ragnaros is the finale to the deck, being the best 8 drop in the Neutral set.
