Why to play this deck if you just could play pirate warrior that has pretty much the same cards and is faster?

Pirate warrior has nothing that even compares to sap, Van Cleef, or Hallucination. This deck is a little slower in exchange for not getting blown out if the opponent throws up a huge taunt, and sometimes you play an 8/8 Van Cleef on turn 2.

How can i replace greenskin?

Bittertide Hydra is a good replacement.

I run this exact deck, but I put Runeforge Haunter in place of greenskin. I have also tried Southsea Squidface in that spot too if you don't have Haunter.
