The deck is supposed to be pretty much centered around efficient armor gain and removal effects, in addition to the flexibility to be able to deal the finishing blow to your opponent in multiple ways with the help of “To the Front!”.
This is not an OTK deck, as you usually won’t be able to deal exactly or more than 30 damage from hand. You could make the deck an OTK by adding “Faceless Manipulator” and/or “Battleground Battlemaster”, but doing so will somewhat reduce the deck’s flexibility and survival capability against fast-paced decks, so I don’t recommend it.
