Blizzard has been pushing out compensations for the missing weekly Quests issue. They’re giving players who didn’t get them their full value (6000 XP) and 10% extra (600 XP). Apparently, they’ve already pushed what is hopefully the last wave, but we’ve seen some people who experienced this bug reporting that they didn’t get any XP yet (hopefully that will get sorted out quickly).
Note that they’re still working on compensation for missing Daily Quests.
Hi all, we have a new update on compensation for the weekly quest issue. A few minutes ago, we pushed out a new (and hopefully final) wave of compensation to anyone who has missed weekly quests up to this point. To clarify, the full XP amount we’re giving is 6600 XP: 6000 XP for the weekly quests and an additional 600 (10%).
Daily quests are still being worked on. Stay tuned!
I have not received anything yet, although he I only lost one daily (lucky me).
It’s not only thing to fix:
1) when you level you ALWAYS need to close the game and restart to advance progress;
2) The brawl doesn’t count to complete the quest like in the past.

CM said that they’re still working on Daily Quests and the compensation was only given out for Weeklies.
And I’m afraid that 2) is on purpose, but I hope that they will decide to change it :/
I’m assuming they will receive this for each week that they have missed?
Well, it’s the only thing that would make sense, but it wasn’t specifically mentioned. I’ll give you an update if I get more info.
Okay, yeah, weird that they didn’t say, because if it’s just once then it’s clearly not enough. Good thing I didn’t get the error.
